ClaimLens provides AI-powered insurance claims analysis tools, including document intelligence, photo analysis, fraud detection, and adjuster workflow capabilities. Our services are designed for use by licensed insurance professionals and authorized claims personnel.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms via email or through our platform.

All AI-generated analysis and fraud scores are advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified claims professionals before any action is taken on a claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Connecticut, USA.
